Special Version
Al-Hakika monitors the suffering of El Fasher IDPs and sheds light on the reasons.
El Fasher: A City of Modern Era Tragedy
El Fasher, a city of Modern Era tragedy, has witnessed scenes of horror before the eyes and ears of a world that has remained unmoved, watching the tragedy without batting an eye.
The voices of those speaking are repeatedly warning of the consequences, but to no respond. There are conflicting interests of international alliances, that have determined the quickest way to achieve those interests is to leave El Fasher prey to the ambitions and desires of the UAE and the extremist, racist and terrorist RSF militia, in order to control over the country.
International Silence and Growing Ambitions
It was strange that the United Nations, its Security Council, and all countries have influence over regional and global events remained silent, choosing instead to stand by as mere spectators. The ambitions to subjugate El Fasher have intensified, employing starvation as a weapon and bombarding civilians with Emirati arms. This is facilitated by several countries bordering Sudan, which are complicit in the flow of weapons, mercenaries, and all the trappings of death and destruction, all in exchange for Emirati investment and funding contracts. This is not surprising given the dictatorships that control the situation in those countries.
“Sumud” Alliance lies and beautifies the militia’s ugliness
For over two years, El Fasher and its citizens have endured the burden of a brutal siege imposed by RSF militia supported by TASIS, which were later absorbed into RSF. ” SOMOUD ” Alliance, led by Abdullah Hamdok is also supporting RSF militia. This alliance bolsters the militia, echoes its lies, and attempts to whitewash its blood-stained reputation, only adding to its depravity. Both are equally complicit in the crime.
They did not blink an eye while the bones of the children of Al-Fashir were being eaten away by hunger and disease, and its elders were groaning under the weight of the worsening disease and the lack of medicine, to the point that some of them had become eating animal fodder (Ambaz), and even this commodity became nonexistent after the militia elements seized it and started selling it by the cup and at the highest prices.
Neighboring Countries on the Payroll of Foreign States
The UAE’s war of occupation against Sudan is backed by all neighboring countries, which in payroll of UAE at the expense of their people’s strategic interests with Sudan. The agents of the Forces of Freedom and Change (FFC), who seized power while the architects of the December Revolution were distracted, and their efforts to discourage Sudanese people from defending their lives, property, and honor, stand as a testament to this calamity, which the people faced with unparalleled courage and steadfastness.
The Secret of Courage…
These are the women of El Fasher, residing in the displacement camp in the Al-Afad area of Ad-Dabbah city in the Northern State. They embody the secret of this courage, having stood firm in the face of all the immense hardships they endured as they left El Fasher following the army’s assessment and decision to withdraw after a legendary resistance that lasted nearly two years amidst regional and international support for the UAE’s proxy militias.
Their fate was hardship…
One of the IDPs survivors says that hardship was their destiny, but they overcame it with resilience, relying on their faith in their homeland, their humanity, and their right to a safe and dignified life.
They persevered, having faced the most horrific practices on their journey, along with all the displaced people, at the hands of RSF militia. They endured hunger, thirst, and hundreds of kilometers of travel on foot, accompanied by children and the elderly. The militia’s savage criminals were everywhere, lying in wait for IDPs, subjecting them to ethnic cleansing, humiliation, rape, and looting.
The senseless killing…
The most difficult thing these women, who possessed immense courage and fortitude, endured was witnessing the senseless killings and witnessing the murder of their brothers and sons before their very eyes. Then came the burden of managing the journey, with children, the elderly, and the sick on their shoulders.
Ethnic Cleansing and Resettlement…
The newly established IDPs camps in Ad-Dabbah and Atbara in the Northern State and the Nile River State stand as stark evidence of the ethnic cleansing perpetrated by the criminal militias. This clearly reveals the true purpose of this Emirati-backed Janjaweed war against the country. UAE views Sudan as an arena for implementing its ethnic cleansing and resettlement agenda, a vast expanse of untapped resources that it seeks to seize and use to usher in a “new era” dictated by necessities and ambitions that have no place in reality. This is a reality where the citizens cling to their land and country at any cost, as demonstrated by the women of El Fasher.
Dream of the Corrupt Elite…
These base ambitions know no bounds. The parties of SOMOUD Alliance” which in the payroll of foreign states, are now traversing the globe, spreading misinformation in the hope of power, even at the expense of the honorable women of Wad Al-Noura, Al-Junaynah, As-Sariha, and El Fasher.
The dream of the corrupt elite…
The dirty ambitions know no bounds, and here are parties of S Alliance roaming the world throwing dust in people’s eyes in the hope of power, even at the expense of the noble women of Wad Al-Noura, Al-Junayna, Al-Sariha, and Al-Fashir.
The cities, countryside, and people of the country stand as witnesses to the corrupt dream of an elite of corrupt sons and daughters of the nation who have allowed themselves to pass their agenda to reach a power they do not deserve and whose value they do not know except for the pleasure of blind lust. They have decided that innocent blood and honor are cheap in order to serve fanaticism and deep moral deviations that conceal a false political garb.
The hardship endured by the women of El Fasher and all the city’s citizens as they wandered through deserts and wastelands seeking safety and protection for their lives and honor—a situation for which they and their families sacrificed money to pay as ransom to the militia thugs, devoid of all Sudanese and human morality and custom—is truly appalling.
Tears on the Sand…
The tears shed by the displaced women of El Fasher, watering the sands of Ad-Dabba, will be witness to the enormity of the crimes and serve as a constant reminder to all the Sudanese people and their leadership that the time for surrendering the nation’s trust to those lacking legitimacy and the machinations of colonial powers has passed irrevocably. History has shown everyone how the militias and their political mercenaries inflicted humiliation and suffering upon them, while the latter, in their treacherous efforts, sought to recoup the ill-gotten gains of the invading forces. This occurred as Alaa El-Din Noqud, the spokesperson of TASIS, attempted to conceal the militias’ atrocities, labeling the victims as liars and their suffering as mere feeble cries. But his pronouncements were in vain, while the documented crimes were preserved in the annals of history.
Rule at any cost…
When Mohamed al-Faki emerges, attempting to shift the burden of violations and crimes from the militia’s shoulders and attribute them to orders, claiming that war is characterized by violations, his unspoken message is: surrender and let us sit in power and practice what we do best in destroying the country. But he fails to break the spirit of the women of El Fasher and all Sudanese women who have endured calamities with fortitude and await the dawn of liberation from the militia and its agents.
A journey of suffering…
Between Atbara and Ad-Dabba, in those camps, violations weighing on mountains have been recounted by displaced women and their children. From El Fasher, through An-Nuhud, Ghabish, and Al-Mazroub, killings awaited those who fled. Looting and ransom demands were the least of these violations, but the kidnapping of girls and the killing of young men paints a grim picture in the memory of the displaced and Sudanese society. These are, of course, among the lessons of war that illuminate the future of security and stability.
Allah will bring peace to El Fasher.
When children raise their voices and hands in innocent and skillful prayer, saying, “May God bring peace to El Fasher… return El Fasher to us,” mothers can only say “Ameen” to this prayer, repeating it with strength, hope, and faith in Allah who does not reject the prayers of the oppressed, and with trust in an army that knows no impossible and in young men who have given their lives.
