Al-Haqiqa*
The first electronic periodical specialized issue in documenting the crimes of the Rapid Support Forces militia – published in three languages to serve as a reference for human rights mechanisms worldwide – Issue 37 – June 2026.
Introduction
Issue No 37 of Al-Haqiqa magazine unveils new and even darker chapters of the crimes committed by the Rapid Support Forces militia, documenting with facts the dimensions of the “alliance of death” and dirty foreign interventions. The eastern borders have been transformed into a platform for regional infiltration through clear logistical conspiracy, coinciding with the influx of transcontinental mercenaries, systematically funded and planned to strangle Sudan and Africa.
This issue places the international community before its responsibilities by meticulously documenting the war of extermination and starvation in South Kordofan, the massacres and siege of civilians in El Fasher, as well as the targeting of sovereign institutions with “death drones.” Amidst this devastation, this issue documents the Sudanese state’s resolve and the resilience of its people and army in crushing the rebellion and restoring essential services and vital infrastructure. This publication stands as a compelling legal reference in three languages, a testament to the nation’s victory and the unmasking of the conspirators.

Violation of Sovereignty: Ethiopia Becomes a Military Platform for the Rapid Support Forces Militia Empire May 2026
The war in Sudan is no longer confined within its borders; it has become a dangerous front threatening the security of the entire region. The battle of Kurmuk in southeastern Sudan (March 2026) marked a significant strategic turning point. The battle not only shifted the conflict to the relatively safe Blue Nile State but also exposed a blatant and unprecedented violation of Sudanese sovereignty by Ethiopia. For the first time since the outbreak of war in April 2023, the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia launched a large-scale military offensive from deep within Ethiopian territory, in coordination with local rebels. This marks a transformation of militia from an internal insurgency into a transnational regional power.
Map of Regional complicity and Ethiopia’s Pivotal Role:
On-the-ground evidence shows that RSF militia has established a logistical network successfully, which extending across neighboring countries to secure the flow of weapons and fuel:
Ethiopia (The Most Dangerous Platform).
Addis Ababa represents the most significant breach of sovereignty. Reuters reports and research from the Yale Humanities Research Lab indicate that Ethiopia granted RSF militia complete freedom, including the establishment of training camps for thousands of fighters in the far west, near the border. Satellite imagery has also confirmed the presence of hundreds of militia vehicles within Ethiopian army bases, providing conclusive visual evidence that attacks against Sudan were launched from within Ethiopian territory with Emirati funding.
*Libya and Chad: *
Amdjarass base in Chad initially served as the main channel for Emirati supplies (under the cover of medical aid), before the logistical center of gravity shifted to southern Libya in mid-2025 with the facilitation of warlord Khalifa Haftar.
African Depth:
RSF militia reached to countries that do not share borders with Sudan. Evidence indicates the Ugandan army’s involvement in facilitating arms transfers through South Sudan, as well as the discovery of ammunition crates bearing Kenyan markings in militia depots, and the free movement of its leaders in Kampala and Nairobi.
Transcontinental Mercenaries:
RSF militia has not limited itself to local recruitment. It has also exploited its financial network to offer salaries of up to $500 per month to its elements from the Sahel region of Africa. Even more alarming is the recruitment of hundreds of Colombian mercenaries since 2024 via an air bridge that passes through UAE, Chad, and Libya, ultimately reaching Puntland in Somalia. Field reports by The Economist and Conflict Insights confirmed that these Colombian mercenaries, with direct logistical and air support, enabled the militia to seize control of the strategic city of El Fasher in Darfur in October 2025.

The War of “Death Drones”: The Rapid Support Forces Militia Transmits Terrorism Across Borders, Targeting Civilians and Sovereign Institutions in Sudan
May 2026
In a dangerous escalation reflecting its desperation on the ground, RSF militia launched a series of systematic attacks using “suicide drones,” targeting unarmed civilians, civil infrastructure, and sovereign and service institutions in several Sudanese states. This escalation was not confined to Sudan but took on alarming regional dimensions, with intelligence reports indicating that some of these attacks originated from outside Sudanese borders.
White Nile: Cross-Border Aggression Fails Militarily and Targets Civilians:
Cities of Kosti, Rabak and Kenana in White Nile State witnessed a treacherous attack by swarms of suicide drones launched by RSF militia.
Military Plot Foiled:
Field sources confirmed that the Armed Forces’ air defenses efficiently and vigilantly intercepted the drones that attempted to target the headquarters of the 18th Infantry Division in Rabak and Kenana Air Base.
Launch from Outside Borders: Intelligence reports revealed a significant development: these drones were launched from Assosa Airport in Ethiopia, representing a violation of Sudanese sovereignty and an escalation that threatens regional peace.
Targeting Civilian Infrastructure: Following its military failure, RSF militia directed its indiscriminate shelling towards vital facilities, including the vicinity of the Ministry of Finance, the Land Authority, the Courts Complex, the Police Hospital in Rabak, Al-Khujalabi Mosque, and commercial sites.
*Blood bill: *
The attack resulted in the martyrs and injury of a number of civilians, including laborers (a Tuk-Tuk driver and a tractor driver), in addition to a massacre in a residential neighborhood in the Al-Rawashda area where more than five people were killed instantly, causing widespread panic that led to the evacuation of government institutions.
Kordofan: Deliberate targeting of citizens and silencing of truth platforms
North Kordofan state was not spared from this terrorism. RSF militia continued their direct targeting of El Obeid, where the Sudanese Doctors’ Network issued a strongly worded statement condemning a treacherous attack by suicide drones targeting densely populated residential neighborhoods in the heart of the city. The attack resulted in the deaths of seven citizens and injuries to 22 others, and the network described it as a full-fledged war crime.
*Destruction of North Kordofan TV station: *
In an attempt to suppress the truth and impose a media blackout on the citizens, the militia launched an attack targeting the North Kordofan state Television station. This resulted in extensive damage to the broadcast studios and main control rooms, as well as the destruction of administrative offices and archives, completely paralyzing the official media system in the state.
Khartoum International Airport Bombing Sparks Widespread Regional Condemnation:
RSF militia’s targeting of Khartoum International Airport with drones has sparked widespread international and regional condemnation, given its status as a vital and a sovereign facility that must be kept neutral in the conflict.
*Saudi Stance: *
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia strongly condemned the attack on the airport. The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on neighboring countries to respect Sudan’s sovereignty and prevent their territories from being used as launching platforms for attacks. It also stressed the need for an immediate cessation of violations and adherence to the “Jeddah Declaration” for the protection of civilians.
*Qatar Stance: *
The State of Qatar strongly condemned the attack, describing it as a blatant violation of Sudan’s sovereignty and the UN Charter. The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed its categorical rejection of attacks on vital installations and facilities under international protection, reiterating its full solidarity with the unity and stability of the Sudanese state.
Human Rights Summary:
Human rights monitors and the Sudanese Doctors Network confirm that turning residential neighborhoods, hospitals, mosques, and media platforms into killing fields through “death drones” is a compensatory strategy employed by the militia to cover up its battlefield defeats. This places the international community before a paramount moral and legal responsibility to break its silence and exert real pressure to stop these systematic crimes against the Sudanese people.

The Alliance of Death and Foreign Intervention… RSF Militia attacks Blue Nile and Displaces Thousands under Ethiopian Logistical Cover:
May 2026
In a dangerous escalation that reveals the extent of the conspiracy against stability in Sudan, the governor of Kurmuk province in the Blue Nile region, Abdul-Ati Muhammad al-Faki, confirmed the continued blatant Ethiopian logistical support and ongoing interference in Sudanese internal affairs. Al-Faki explained that this support is currently flowing to RSF militia alliance and the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N) faction led by Joseph Tuka in al-Kili area, south of the capital, Damazin.
The governor indicated, via his official account, that the violations were not limited to the ground but extended to the airspace. Drones were launched from the Ethiopian city of Bahir Dar, targeting the city of Kurmuk last March, before heading towards Khartoum Airport. This air support later transformed into direct ground and military support for the attack on Kurmuk and Kili, with the aim of destabilizing the security and stability of border strip and the southern part of the region.
*Militia massacres displace 50,000 citizens: *
The terrorism of this bloody alliance has led to horrific waves of forced displacement. According to field and UN reports issued by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the brutal attacks launched by RSF militia and its allies on the villages of Dukanat, Karn Karn, localities of Kurmuk, Qaysan, and Baw have resulted in the forced displacement of approximately 50,000 citizens since the beginning of this year.
Governor of Kurmuk*:
The administrative unit of Karn Karn alone witnessed the displacement of more than 30,000 citizens towards northern regions, fleeing the brutality of RSF militia and its allies. The map of the newly displaced population confirms the scale of the disaster.
*Damazin: Received the largest burden with approximately 25,630 IDPs*
*Other locations: * The remaining numbers were distributed among the localities of Al-Rusayris, Wad Al-Mahi, and Al-Tadamun.
*Shocking figures: *
Displaced people are living in the open area and women face imminent dangers.
International organizations have warned of an impending environmental and humanitarian catastrophe looming over the displaced people fleeing the bullets of RSF militia. The UN report revealed the harsh living conditions they are enduring:
78% of IDPs are living in informal and unplanned settlements lacking the most basic necessities.
13% have sought refuge in temporary shelters such as schools and government buildings.
Only 9% were able to settle with host families.
UN also sounded the alarm regarding the situation of women and girls, who represent 53% of all those IDPs. They face double the risk of gender-based violence and exploitation, with no protection and a severe lack of access to clean water and healthcare.
Overall pressure on the region: Between displacement and random returns:
With these new waves, the total number of (IDPs) within the Blue Nile region has risen to 361,000, spread across 252 locations in 7 localities. 69% of them live in remote and isolated rural areas, making it difficult to access humanitarian aid.
Adding to the complexity of the situation is the return of approximately 187,000 people to their homes (including 137,000 who returned from neighboring countries), only to find completely destroyed infrastructure and paralyzed agricultural and commercial activities due to the ongoing attacks by RSF militia. This places the entire region on the brink of a total humanitarian collapse unless foreign intervention ceases and the aggression is deterred.

- Empire of Transnational Chaos: The Emirati “Octopus” Strangles Africa Amid International Complicity*
▪︎ Weapons Violations
▪︎ Gold and Port Economics
▪︎ Consistent International Testimonies Expose Abu Dhabi’s Role from Sudan to the Horn of Africa
The UAE’s influence in the African continent is no longer merely about economic ambitions or soft diplomacy; it has transformed into a strategy based on “engineering conflicts” and dismantling states. This was confirmed by a groundbreaking analytical report from the German Institute for International and Security Affairs and corroborated by strongly worded warnings from former US diplomat and Horn of Africa expert, Cameron Hudson. These Western and American testimonies have placed Abu Dhabi under international accusations as the greatest destructive force threatening regional peace and security.
Dismantling the “Octopus”: The Arms of Proxy Wars:
In a report authored by the prominent research trio (Gerrit Kurtz, Wolfram Lacher, and Stefan Roll), a complex and hybrid network was dismantled, combining military support, logistical funding, and the exploitation of resources to entrench a “state within a state” model. The reports and testimonies summarized the features of this systematic destruction on four key fronts:
The Sudanese holocaust: The UAE represents the financial, military, and logistical backbone of RSF militia led by Hemedti. This continuous support has prevented a resolution to the conflict and caused the largest humanitarian catastrophe the region has witnessed in modern times.
The Libyan Quagmire: The German report revealed Abu Dhabi’s crucial role in supporting Khalifa Haftar’s forces and its involvement in dubious partnerships with the Russian Wagner Group to secure battlefronts and violate state sovereignty.
*The Fragmentation of Somalia: *
Utilizing bases and ports in Puntland and Somaliland as forward operating bases for managing networks transporting weapons and fighters across borders.
Shifting the Balance of Power in Ethiopia: *
UAE’s drone support tipped the scales in favor of Abiy Ahmed’s government in the Tigray conflict, altering the war’s military and geographical trajectory.
The “Parallel State” Strategy and War Economies:
Abu Dhabi relies on para-military militias, mercenaries, and private security companies to advance its agenda, effectively dismantling central government institutions in favor of parallel forces that owe complete allegiance to their external backers.
The Intertwining of Wealth and Geopolitics:
A transnational logistical network stretches from eastern Libya and Chad to the Horn of Africa, channeling weapons and fighters in one direction, and gold, economic privileges, and port access in another, to fuel the ruling networks in the UAE.
In this context, American expert Cameron Hudson, speaking on the X platform, asserted that:
“The UAE’s actions directly contribute to the entrenchment of ‘war economies’ and deepen societal divisions, ultimately threatening national unity and fragmenting institutional structures.” Anti-Democratic Ideology and Authoritarianism
Experts agree that the most prominent driver of Emirati policy, alongside expanding its influence and confronting regional rivals, is an “ideological obsession” to entrench an authoritarian and repressive model that opposes any democratic movement or the aspirations of African peoples for civilian rule.
A Warning Slap to the West: Enough Blindness and Tolerance
The SWP Institute issued a scathing and unprecedented warning to European capitals, and Berlin in particular, arguing that “European leniency and blindness” to Abu Dhabi’s transgressions has given it carte blanche to act without political cost and to blatantly contribute to violating UN arms embargo.
This was echoed by Cameron Hudson, who emphasized that UAE has become a “spoiler” and an unreliable partner, calling for a new and firm international approach that includes suspending strategic partnerships with it, because continued cooperation provides cover for policies that are entirely incompatible with international security.
International Roadmap to Curb Emirati Expansion:
Reports and studies have concluded that decision-makers in the European Union and the United States must take serious steps, including:
• ▪︎ A comprehensive and immediate reassessment of strategic and military partnerships with the UAE.
• ▪︎ Tightening financial oversight and sanctions on logistical networks.
• ▪︎ Targeting front companies used by Abu Dhabi to smuggle weapons and gold.
• ▪︎ Linking any future cooperation to a genuine and tangible change in Abu Dhabi’s behavior, and an end to its meddling in African affairs and the bloodshed in Sudan and the region.

A War of Extermination and Starvation: The Rapid Support Forces and al-Hilu’s Alliance Turn South Kordofan into a Mass Grave and Destroy the Health Sector:
Dilling – Kauda
May 2026
South Kordofan State is facing an unprecedented health and humanitarian catastrophe as a result of a brutal military escalation and systematic targeting led by RSF militia in alliance with the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N) faction led by Abdelaziz al-Hilu.
This bloody alliance has resulted in the near-total destruction of the medical sector, the perpetration of horrific massacres against civilians and humanitarian workers, and even ethnic cleansing based on tribal affiliation, all amidst a disturbing international silence.
First: Destruction of the Health Sector
Targeting of Dilling Hospitals
The Sudanese Doctors Network revealed the collapse of the health sector in Dilling city as a result of the deliberate shelling of medical facilities, in flagrant violation of international humanitarian law. The destruction of facilities included:
▪︎ The Military Hospital:
It was completely destroyed and razed to the ground.
▪︎ The Teaching Hospital:
Large parts of it are out of service due to a lack of supplies and the failure of attempts to partially operate it.
▪︎ Al-Toumat Referral Hospital: Completely out of service for an extended period.
▪︎ Al-Um Bakhita Hospital:
Its services have been reduced to only maternity cases, and even then, only under extremely difficult conditions.
▪︎ Health Centers:
Approximately 10 vital centers have ceased operations, including child nutrition and maternal health centers, threatening the lives of thousands with disease and death.
The “Charity Kitchens” and Markets Massacre in Dilling:
On May 13, 2026, RSF militia, in conjunction with the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N), carried out a treacherous artillery bombardment targeting the heart of densely populated areas, resulting in the deaths of 6 civilians and injuries to 15 others (including 6 women).
The bombardment was not indiscriminate; it deliberately targeted:
The area surrounding the main market and the public square to inflict maximum casualties among shoppers.
Volunteer Work Centers (Charity Kitchens):
Humanitarian workers were directly targeted while preparing food for displaced people, in a clear attempt to sever local aid networks already struggling with shortages of medicine and life-saving supplies.
Ethnic Cleansing and Tribal Massacres in Kauda:
The atroc
