In the name of Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful

Introduction
It is no secret to anyone that the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) rebels committed “genocide and ethnic cleansing” crimes in Darfur. Despite that, we have not heard any condemnation from the international community and international organizations that are responsible for the protection of human rights. The international community has been witnessing the crimes committed by this terrorist militia that have no respect for the international and humanitarian law. However, the Sudanese people are monitoring these violations on a daily basis and thanks to the technical development witnessed by the world, the actions of this militia become under the eyes of the world, regardless of the silence of the international community.
The RSF militia did not only commit genocide and ethnic cleansing crimes, but they are continuously targeting the police HQs, whether in Khartoum or in Darfur. The police is a civil apparatus that has nothing to do with war, so targeting it is one of the other crimes that are added to the crimes of this militia.
Also, the RSF militia committed the most heinous crimes, such as rape and kidnapping of minors at gunpoint. They published video clips, which indicates that they are also committing defamation crimes in clear violation of human rights.
The RSF militia continued to occupy hospitals and kill medical personnel. Lately, they broke into Al Shuhada Hospital, Noth of Al Daroshab, where they killed some of the medical staff. Also, they continue to occupy the homes of the civilians, displacing them, and stealing their properties. Besides, they looted the homes of ambassadors of foreign countries, the latest of them was the house of the French ambassador.
The terrorist militia also targeted a number of journalists, threatening to kill them and looting their properties. Many of them were subjected to threats, killing, and displacement, and their crimes against journalists were documented through Sudanese media.
*Despite all these violations committed by the RSF militia against civilians, their political incubator, which is known as “Force of Freedom and Change – Central Council”, is a group of Sudanese parties that do not have bases, continued to support this militia and even play dirty roles to find justifications for this war. Their positions became clear in support of the RSF militia against the national army. The FFC-CC continued to move regionally and hold meetings with a number of countries and personalities, including Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni. They are searching for democracy through dictators and heads of state that bind them commercial relations, and other countries that have strategic economic interests that support the militia militarily, and capitalist personalities who have ties of economic interests with the leader of the militia, “Hemedti”.
The local efforts, the diplomatic role and the coordination between the various agencies were able to break the back of the rebels, as the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs made great efforts to end the conflict in Sudan and set conditions for participation in the “IGAD”, welcoming all African initiatives to find a solution to the Sudanese crisis in consultation with the leadership of the Sudanese army. Also, that would not have been possible without the coordination with the official state agencies, such as the General Intelligence Service and the Military Intelligence. These agencies played prominent roles and were able, through their coordination, to uncover and thwart all plans of the RSF rebels and to cut off all their supply routes. Their efforts provided great support for the country and for armed forces.
This war also showed the great popular support of the citizens for the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) to defeat this terrorist militia that violated their rights. This was reflected in the huge response of the Sudanese people to the campaign launched by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Gen. Abdel Fattah El Burhan, to support the armed forces. The citizens, at breakneck speed, welcomed the directions and went to the military camps to confront these terrorists and defend their properties, homes, and families.

The Nuba Mountains People’s Union considered what is happening in the Darfur region and El Geneina in particular a violation of international and humanitarian law, and what happens there bears responsibility for the RSF militia They forcibly deported the Masalit tribe, targeted their lands, and killed them in an ethnic manner, raped women, and killed young men on their way to displacement camps.*

The militia commits kidnapping and rape of minors
According to press reports, a UN commissioner said his office had received reports of sexual violence against at least 53 women and girls and that between 18 and 20 women had been raped in one attack.

A UN report stated that some women arrived in neighbouring countries pregnant as a result of rape.
Some women reported that “fighters loot homes and sexually assault women and girls,” while others spoke of “sexual harassment and exploitation at checkpoints or during their journey to safer places.”
In June 2023, UNITAMS held the RSF militia responsible for rape and violence based on race.
Sudanese media networks documented horrible violations by the RSF militia, who raped a thirteen-year-old girl in one of the neighbourhoods of Khartoum and published video clips. This crime angered the Sudanese people, and demonstrations took place in a number of streets of Khartoum, condemning the militia’s violations and abuses.

Bahri Revival Committees, Bahri Emergency Room, and the Change and Services Committees said in a statement issued on June 30, 2023, that the RSF militia “Janjaweed” committed a terrific crime on the third day of Eid al-Adha, when they attacked the Martyrs Hospital, North Al-Droshab, assaulted the patients in the hospital and their escorts, and wounded the medical staff, which led to serious injuries. That resulted in the death of Dr. Musab, a laboratory specialist. They also burned the entire laboratory and forced those in the hospital to evacuate, and the hospital was taken out of service, and it is the only hospital that has been operating over the past month in Bahri. These actions of the RSF militia are a gross violation of international laws and norms.

The political incubator of the RSF militia and their external movements
The he Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni, tweeted that a group of civil society and political leaders from the Republic of Sudan invited him at the presidential residence in Entebbe to discuss possible interventions to limit the escalation of the ongoing damage to the country. He added, “I have noted their suggestions to benefit from the various mechanisms of the African Union and the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD).”
Members of the political incubator of the RSF militia, which call themselves Forces of Freedom and Change – Central Council (FFC-CC) tweeted through their Twitter accounts that their delegation had visited Uganda accompanied by two members of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council. The official spokesman of the FFC-CC Khaled Selk tweeted that their delegation had arrived in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, to search for ways to establish peace in Sudan. This group claims that it is looking for democracy through meetings with leaders of countries and regional personalities that have economic and commercial relations and interests with the so-called Hemedti, as well as their meetings with personalities of countries involved in supporting the militia militarily in its war against the Sudanese army.
It is worth mentioning that, despite the violations committed by this militia towards civilians, the FFC-CC continued to support these terrorist and lawless forces and had several discussions with their leaders to form a so-called civilian government and the one national army. They have turned a blind eye to the RSF militia crimes in Khartoum as well as the crimes and genocide in Darfur.
*In conjunction with the movements of the FFC-CC, the political incubator of the RSF militia, the Sudanese people launched a hashtag *#FFC-CC_don’t_represent_me#* on social media platforms, denouncing their support for the RSF militia that violated their rights, killed and displaced innocents, violated their families, and stole their properties*.

Sudanese diplomacy: Efforts to preserve the Sovereignty of Sudan
The Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been playing a vital role since the outbreak of the war on April 14, 2023, between the SAF and the RSF militia. It is confirmed in its first statement that what happened from the RSF militia is a rebellion that threatens the sovereignty and security of the state.
In a statement issued on June 25, 2023, it also welcomed the statement issued by the official spokesperson for the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva on June 24, which directly condemned the RSF regarding the atrocities committed in the state of Darfur.
The statement confirmed that the RSF-backed militia targeted members of the Masalit tribe and ordered them to leave El Geneina, Western Darfur, to Chad. The statement confirmed that there had been live-fire attacks on citizens.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed African initiatives aimed at finding a solution to the Sudanese crisis in consultation with the Sudan leadership and established conditions for participation in the “IGAD” initiative.
In his meeting with Kenyan counterpart Abubaker Jeje Odongo, Ambassador Ali Al Sadiq announced during the meeting of the Non-Aligned Countries that he welcomed the African initiatives, provided that Sudan was consulted in this regard.
He stressed Khartoum’s objection to Kenya’s presidency of the “IGAD” committee, considering that Nairobi is guided in dealing with the Sudanese issue by international initiatives, which does not serve the principle of African solutions.
It is worth mentioning that the 12th Djibouti Summit on 12th June 2023 announced the formation of a Quartet Committee headed by Kenya and South Sudan, with the membership of Ethiopia, Somalia and Djibouti, to seek a solution for the Sudanese crisis. The Sudanese government declined Kenya’s leadership of the IGAD Quartet, accusing the East African nation of lacking neutrality.
On the sidelines of his participation in the ministerial meeting of the Non-Aligned Countries, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Al Sadiq met with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, where the two sides reviewed the bilateral and historical relations between the two countries and prospects for cooperation and ways to enhance it in various fields to serve the common interests of the peoples of the two countries.
